Domestic Shipping

All orders will be shipped via USPS. You can choose either Standard (3 -4 business days) or Economy (5 - 8 business days) shipping rates. Orders are shipped out the next business day after the order is placed. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has shipped. We are not responsible for any lost packages once received by USPS.

International Shipping

Shopping from outside of the US? We got you.

Shipping time and cost may vary due to location. Customer is responsible for any customs, duties or other fees required in their location. 

Returns

All vintage and secondhand items are final sale. We try to include as much information about each item as possible to make sure you will be happy with your order. If you have any additional questions prior to your purchase please send them to hello@keptbykay.com and we will be in touch within 24 hours.
