After sharing your inspiration/wishlist items, I will curate a collection of pieces specifically for you. All options will be sent to you via text/DM and you get to choose which items are selected for your bundle.
*Local customers are welcome to come into the studio to make final selections.
How it works:
Choose the bundle size option that works for you from the pricing structure below.
Surprise Bundles:
4-5 items: $100
6-7 items: $150
8-10 items: $200
12-15 items: $250
Personal Styling:
$50 down payment
*an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to you after we have discussed your budget and needs.
Once purchased you will receive an email within 24 hours with a link to complete our personal style form. This information will include sizing, inspiration photos, wishlist items, color and style preferences, etc.
After the form is sent in, processing time takes 2-3 weeks to receive your box. We take this time to source and hand-select each item to ensure we get you exactly what you're looking for.
Returns & Exchanges:
If any item(s) in your bundle do not fit, please notify us as soon as you receive the box. There is a two-week window from delivery to request an exchange or return. After two weeks the items will no longer be eligible.
Please note that all products are secondhand and may come with minor flaws. We try as hard as possible to source items that are in excellent condition. Any major flaws will be noted in the item details. If you have any questions regarding an item please feel free to reach out at hello@keptbykay.com.
